At the end of this course, students will be able to:
  1. Identify the formative events and developments of the Jews during the intertestamental period.
  2. Describe key influences of the Greco-Roman culture on the New Testament setting.
  3. Articulate the context of the four major political periods between 539 BC-AD 70

The Book of Romans

Term B-Romans
 
Mondays at 6 p.m. October 20-December 8
Rockford Baptist Church, Rockford, AL
 
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
  1. Articulate the social-culture background of the letter and how it impacts Paul’s writing.
  2. Identify and explain the main theological themes of the letter.
  3. Apply to their spiritual walk the spiritual encouragements and admonishments of Paul found in the letter.
