December #3: The Joy of Christmas in the Cross

Today, we end the three part sermons series of The Joy of Christmas. We have explored the joy of the manger, and the shepherds; today we look to the joy of the cross.
Taking John 6:38-40, we see the will of God was for Jesus to be born to die. Jesus would serve the purpose of God to reconcile, redeem, and free those in bondage to sin. In Christ, from the manger to the cross, we see the great love story for mankind. He was born to die.
