Marvelous #1: The Demon Possessed Man

Beginning in Luke 8:22-25 the miracle of Jesus calming the storm at sea is the first of a series of miracles that culminate in Peter’s confession. What we we learn is of great importance: these miracles have much to teach us; as they taught the disciples, about who Jesus is and what that means to us in the trials of life.

We look at Luke 8:26-37, as Jesus delivers the demon possessed man and we find, “man from whom the demons had gone out, sitting down at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind.” There things to remember and not forget:

1) What You Can’t See Can Cripple You.

2) The forces of hell cannot win against the Kingdom of God.

3) When Jesus put the demons in their place; The man found his place with Jesus.
